Ross Stearn signs for Spitfires from Sutton
26-year-old winger Ross Stearn has joined Eastleigh for an undisclosed fee from Sutton United.
Stearn has signed a two-and-a-half year contract with the Spitfires. He can play on the left or right wing and already has six goals to his name this season.
He scored 17 times in 80 appearances whilst at Sutton and helped them to win the National League South last season.
Eastleigh's latest signing had been linked with a number of clubs in the Football League, so Ronnie Moore will be delighted to have signed the former Bath City and Forest Green player.

Paul Doswell, Sutton manager and former Eastleigh boss said: "Ross has improved almost game by game since joining Sutton and thoroughly deserves this chance to secure his family's future for the next three years, whilst also realising an ambition to be a full-time professional.
"Whilst we didn't want to sell, Ross only had six months left on his contract and it was unlikely that he would sign another due to his family circumstances and regular three-hour drive to the club.
"From a family perspective it's a great move for me and I would like to thank Sutton for allowing the transfer to happen."
