Eastleigh's new signing Jefferson Louis scored his first goal for the club and Rob Marshall added a second as the Spitfires went in 2-0 at half time before going on to control the second half as well.
A stunning Josh Hare strike sealed a 2-1 win for the Spitfires on New Year's Day to defeat rivals Havant. Reda Johnson had headed Eastleigh in front. The visitors went on to equalise nine minutes from time before Hare's late winner settled the derby.
Paul McCallum scored twice to take his tally to 11 goals for the season. Joey Jones also scored his first goal for the club as the Spitfires sealed a comfortable 3-1 away win at Maidstone.
