Hann deal agreed

Last night (Thursday), the club agreed a fee with St. Albans City with former Conference South player of the year, Matt Hann a wide man.

It is hoped the formalitites will go through for Eastleigh in time for the new signing to make his debut this weekend in the game against Weston Super Mare.

A press release from the official website - http://www.eastleigh-fc.co.uk, read as follows:

"The Club are delighted to announce that we have tonight (Thursday) agreed terms with St Albans City for the transfer of Matt Hann. Personal terms have also been agreed with the player, and we are hopeful that the formalities will be completed in time for Matt to make his debut at home to Weston-Super -Mare on Saturday.

Matt Hann is a wide player with lots of experience, having previously been with Cambridge United, Peterborough United, Cambridge City and Dorchester. He has made in excess of 100 appearances for St Albans, and was voted Conference South player of the season in 2005/2006."
