58th minute - Eastleigh defender cleared the ball forward to Sam James who headed the ball on to Ngwa. Ngwa was brought down in the box from a bad tackle and Eastleigh were awarded a penalty. The young Aldershot defender was sent off for the challenge.

Ryan Long stepped up to take the penalty. He shot to the keeper's left but after the keeper made the save LONG followed in his own shot to increase Eastleigh's lead to 3-1.

Jack Smith had to come off the pitch for treatment to a bloody nose, and Taz had to switch to left back.

Aldershot came close to pulling a goal back towards the end but the ball was cleared off the line by Eastleigh's captain and defender Nathan Bailey.

Overall Eastleigh and Aldershot had the same amount of chances but Eastleigh were more clinical in front of goal and were the better side because of their good passing and tackles.
